Terms and Conditions
No foster animal may be given away. They must be placed with the approval and consent of Loving Arms Pet Placement. Veterinary care and all medications will be provided for your foster pet, however if you elect to take your foster pet to your personal veterinarian without the approval and consent of Loving Arms Pet Placement, we will not be responsible for payment of those services. All veterinary services must first be approved by Loving Arms Pet Placement and all appointments for veterinary care must be made by a Loving Arms Pet Placement representative except in an emergent situation. Loving Arms will be responsible in an Emergency case and will reimburse those costs that the foster parent has incurred. Foster dogs must reside predominately inside the residence and all cats are not to be allowed outside under any circumstances. You may adopt your foster pet by following Loving Arms Policies and Procedures. You agree to bring your foster pet to the adoption site at least two weeks out of the month or contact Loving Arms for reasons that prevent you from doing so. Terms and Conditions have been read? Lost Pet
