"My name is Harley because of my orange and black mask. I was hurt, and starving when I walked up to my foster mom's door crying. It was poor manners on my part since it was 3 a.m. but what's a girl to do? Snow was coming and I was desparate. My foster mom opened the door and I limped in but I was still purring loudly. For the 1st few days I just wanted to sleep and eat. It was so wonderful to have a safe warm bed and good food!

My foster parents took me to the Vet to see about my limp. He confirmed that it is an old injury and it didn't hurt me. He thought perhaps I had been thrown from a car. Now that limp is barely noticable and I don't think about those times. It is amazing what loving care and healthy, regular meals can do! I am about 2 yrs old (a lady never tells her exact age!) and have been spayed. I am a very loving kitty and I do love to 'talk'. I am ready to find a forever home."
