I came from the very worst part of town - the dumping area called The Corridor. Many dogs and cats are thrown away here, and we have to struggle to find food and water. We are in great danger and many don't survive cold nights and cars that don't slow down. I got lucky. A kind person offered food and then put me onto a warm blanket. It felt so good - warmth, safety and a full stomach. The car ride was very scary - I thought cars were only meant to hurt dogs like me. Things keep getting better. Now, in my foster home, I have all the food I want, clean water, daily walks and humans who touch me with caring and love. I am ready for my happy ever after, and then my foster mom can help another who is lost and frightened. Love, Preston
